London Underground change management project

In 1990 London Underground embarked upon one of the largest change management programmes in UK history, and which impacted on the whole of the 18,000 staff. Designed to deliver 20 per cent annual savings in cost while at the same time enhancing service delivery to its customers, some 60 Value Analysis teams were tasked with undertaken the analysis required to identify all the opportunities. Fifth Dimension is proud to include amongst its consultants those who supported five of these teams, including Team 1; two of our consultants then went on to become team leaders of the change-management teams that subsequently had to implement the changes required, including restructuring and training.
