We are a consultancy with an experienced core team supported by a number of close associates, who we use to extend our range of products and services or provide tactical support for individual projects. Our ability to put a diverse team together, and in so doing provide a powerful tool, is one of our strengths.
Our core team has many years experience in the transport sector. For some of the team this includes railway operations, system development, commercial development, contract management and procurement, and (on the technical side) power supply and lighting.
Others on our core team have wide experience in the wider M&E sector. We also have signalling, ventilation and rolling stock experience. Our wider team includes significant change management resource, and training and human factors experience.
Together we cover many business and commercial areas. With our knowledge and experience we can additionally provide technical and analytical support, which is often crucial to businesses operating in the transport sector.
