It is harder than many people think to write down clearly and unambiguously what you want a supplier or contractor to deliver. Failure to be clear can create a number of latent problems which can give rise to serious difficulty later. Suppliers are generally reasonable but can only supply what you actually asked for, not what you really meant, but didn't say. This file will open in a new window.
